1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using viewit.com ("Site"), you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined below and any modifications or additional terms that may be published by Viewit Inc. ("Viewit") from time to time (collectively, the "Terms of Use"). If you do not agree with all the terms and conditions, please refrain from accessing or using the Site. Viewit reserves the right to change these Terms of Use, and your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of such changes.

Upon compliance with these Terms of Use, applicable license agreements, and the law, you are granted access to and use of the Site. Viewit retains sole ownership of all rights in the Site. For the purposes of these Terms of Use, "Intellectual Property" includes trademarks, logos, service marks, trade names, Internet domain names, or other indications of origin used by Viewit. These rights are not granted to users unless expressly conferred by these Terms of Use. You agree not to use Viewit's Intellectual Property in any manner that may tarnish, disparage, or reflect adversely on such Intellectual Property or Viewit. Contesting the validity of Viewit Intellectual Property rights is prohibited. Using any variant of Viewit Intellectual Property as a domain name, metatag, keyword, or programming code is strictly prohibited. The trade dress and/or service mark of Viewit may not be copied, imitated, or used without prior written consent. All other intellectual property, product names, company names, or logos on the Site belong to their respective owners. Reference to any products, services, or information does not imply endorsement by Viewit.

4. Information You Provide

Viewit, or third parties acting on its behalf, may collect information related to your use of the Site. Third-party platforms may also collect information and provide it to Viewit. 9. Indemnification

10. Miscellaneous

In case of conflict between these Terms of Use and a license agreement with Viewit, the latter shall prevail. No delay or failure to enforce any provision of the Contract will be deemed a waiver. Any notice must be sent in English to the last known address. Assignment of any part of the Service and/or obligations without Viewit's written consent is prohibited.
